Shipping
Where we ship
We ship within the continental United States only: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC.
We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or addresses outside the United States.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $12.95 per order, no matter how many items you buy.
Processing and delivery
- Orders ship within 3 business days of purchase.
- We ship with USPS or UPS.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Sales tax
Orders shipped to a Virginia address are charged 6% Virginia sales tax on the products. Shipping is not taxed, and we don't charge sales tax on orders shipped to other states.
Damaged or broken on arrival
If something arrives broken or damaged, email photos of the item and the packaging to pottershandbotanicals@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, along with your order number. We'll send you a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You don't need to return the damaged item.
Returns
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
- You pay the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable service, since we can't refund items that don't reach us.
- The original $12.95 shipping charge is not refunded.
How to start a return
- Email us at pottershandbotanicals@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and any instructions.
- Pack the items carefully and ship them back to us.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll refund it to your original payment method within 5 business days and email you to confirm. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Lost packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll send a replacement or a refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Just email us at pottershandbotanicals@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it as described above.
